2021

“Ed Johnson Memorial” by Jerome Meadows
a memorial that strives to promote racial healing and reconciliation by acknowledging the lynching of Ed Johnson, honoring the courageous work of his attorneys, and recognizing the resulting U.S. Supreme Court case that established federal oversight of state-level civil rights issues.
Commissioned by: The Ed Johnson Project Committee
Role: Project Partner & Consultant, Project Manager.

2020

“Radiance” by Future Forms, a sculptural shade canopy and dynamic focal point for the newly transformed Patten Square.
“Brainerd Vision and Legacy by Brandon Donahue a community driven mural.

“The Scramble” by Michael Singer Studio, re-purposed unused infrastructure into a sculptural landscape and storm water collection system.

Administrative Projects: created Percent for Art Budget Policy and Launched the Art in Capital and City Creators Programs, implemented the Temporary Street Mural Policy


2019

“Wreath of Honor” by Re:Site a memorial, honoring the five US Military service men who lost their lives during the July 16, 2015 tragic shootings in Chattanooga, TN.
“Re:Pete” by Randy Walker a sculpture celebrating color, pattern, and connection by reinterpreting elements of a peacock into a work of interactive art.

“City Thread” by SPORTS Collaborative, an award winning, immersive sculpture and alleyway activation.

“Embrace the Future, Remember the Past” by Eddie Mendietta, a mural depicting the communal past, present, and future while making a hopeful statement about inclusion, peace and love.
“See Me Shine” & “Be You”, Wilcox Tunnel community driven murals by Greta McClain & GoodSpace Murals
